Tom brings a strong track record of entrepreneurial leadership to Montresor Real Estate. As the founder of Montresor Legal, he built the business into a respected name in legal recruitment before overseeing a successful transition to employee ownership via an EOT.
This experience cemented his belief in long-term value creation, shared success, and building high-performing teams. At Montresor Real Estate, Tom leads on development, deal origination, and project execution, with a focus on uncovering opportunities in the commercial-to-residential space.
His role spans sourcing, structuring and funding projects, and creating a trusted network of property professionals and investors. Tom is passionate about thoughtful development in the South West — balancing design, character and sustainability in every project he takes on.
Joshua Jordan
Josh is Finance Director at Montresor Real Estate, bringing a sharp commercial mindset and a steady hand to all aspects of financial planning and control.
He played a central role in the successful transition of Montresor Legal to employee ownership, overseeing the financial structuring and stakeholder management involved in the EOT process. Prior to that, Josh spent several years at Foxtons, where he developed a strong grounding in residential property and gained hands-on experience across sales, operations and finance.
At MRE, he works closely with investors, lenders and advisors to ensure projects are robustly modelled, well-funded and delivered with discipline. Calm, considered and commercially focused, Josh brings a clear-eyed approach to managing risk and maximising long-term value.
Charlie Longe
Charlie is a Non-Executive Advisor to Montresor Real Estate, bringing decades of hands-on development experience and strategic insight.
As CEO of Builtain, he led the business through multiple market cycles, delivering a wide range of complex residential and mixed-use projects. His deep understanding of planning, construction and risk management is underpinned by a career spent navigating the challenges and opportunities of real-world development.
At MRE, Charlie provides strategic oversight and acts as a sounding board on everything from site appraisal to delivery. Collaborative and commercially astute, he brings a long-term perspective and a wealth of practical knowledge to the team — helping shape the business as it grows.
