We take on projects with permitted development rights or planning in place, so we complete our projects quickly and with less risk. This means we can pay a premium for the properties we take on as well as giving exciting returns to our private investors.

Finding properties that have the potential to be converted into residential homes, is the quickest and most sustainable way to bring new homes to the market. Our projects are comprise of 5-20 units with a gross development value of between £1 - £5m.
